How quickly can I get my unit?
Some units are in stock in Broadbeach, QLD 4218, so you could start using it straight away. For out-of-stock items, the delivery time will vary.
What are the shipping times?
Shipping times vary depending on the custom colour, model, and current stock availability. We will provide an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.
How hard are they to install?
Our no-plumbed options are plug-and-play, meaning you don’t need to hire an electrician or plumber. The plumbed options require standard plumbing similar to that of a washing machine.
Do I need special tools for installation?
For no-plumbed options, no special tools are needed. For plumbed units, standard plumbing tools may be required for installation.
Can I install the unit myself?
Yes, no-plumbed units are designed for easy DIY installation. For plumbed units, we recommend professional installation to ensure everything is set up correctly.
Are there any maintenance requirements?
Regular maintenance is minimal. For no-plumbed units, simply keep the exterior clean. Plumbed units may require periodic checks to ensure the plumbing connections are secure.
What is the warranty on the head spa units?

Can the head spas be used in any room?
Yes, as long as you have access to a suitable power source and, for plumbed units, a water supply and drainage. Ensure the room is well-ventilated.

Do you offer installation services?
We currently do not offer installation services directly. However, we can recommend qualified professionals to assist with the installation of plumbed units if needed.
